2. How to Book Your Lessons
All sessions must be scheduled and paid in advance using our safe online payment tools (Stripe or PayPal). You will receive a confirmation email once your payment goes through.
3. Canceling or Moving Classes
If you cancel over 24 hours before your start time, we offer a full refund or a new slot. Cancellations within the 24-hour window will require the full lesson payment. If you have any questions about payments or refunds, please contact us at 20020520@hiyorinihongo.com.
4. Learning Content
The study guides and materials shared during our time together are for your personal use only. Please do not share or sell these resources without our team's permission.
